Fired teacher accused of sex with student

A former Utah high school teacher has been accused of having sex with one of her students when he was 16. The student told police that Melinda Lee Deluca, 29, invited him to her house during school hours and they had sex. He also met with her in his car at a park, where four other juveniles allegedly saw them kissing.
