Fake DJ indecently assaulted teen girl

Philadelphia investigators say William J. Passarella Jr. posed as a local radio station employee to get contest phone numbers rerouted so he could take calls from listeners. Passarella, 23, has been charged with a laundry list of offenses, including indecently assaulting a 17-year-old girl after telling her she'd won a Q102-FM contest.
