Ex-recruiter charged with taking lewd pics

A former Army recruiter in Fallon, Nevada will stand trial on charges he took lewd photos of a local high school girl. The girl, who was 17 at the time, testified at the preliminary hearing Thursday that she asked Richard Cory Asher to take the nude pictures of her. She said their relationship was consensual and she did not want Asher to be prosecuted.
