Ex-cop sentenced for secret sex taping

Former San Antonio, Texas police officer James Bell was given the maximum sentence of two years in state jail for secretly videotaping his adult daughter having sex with her boyfriend over a two-year period. Prosecutor Susan Skinner characterized Bell as a dirty old man and called the taping "a very evil thing to do."
