Employee finds webcam ender her desk

An Orange County Fire Department employee suspected of installing a webcam under the desk of a female co-worker to look up her skirt refused to talk to police, but he quickly resigned from his $67,000 a year job once the camera was discovered. Cops don't know yet whether Hector Ray Valle was webcasting the upskirt video or just enjoying it himself.
