Emails of naked ex net man Internet ban

A Canadian man has been banned for three years from using the Internet, computers or other electronic devices to talk about or send pictures of his ex-girlfriend. Ralph Weegar, 44, transposed the woman's face onto the image of a naked woman, then posted it on Internet sites with her phone number last fall. Weegar pleaded guilty yesterday to a charge of criminal harassment.
