Doctor charged in fondling cases

A New York physician faces charges for allegedly fondling two patients, one of them a 12-year-old girl, in his offices on two different dates. The girl told police Dr. Khalil A. Nazir took her into his private office after her examination, while her parents were at the front desk, and held her to prevent her from leaving as he fondled her.
