Debt-ridden men cut off their genitals

Many people choose bankruptcy when debts reach overwhelming levels, but at least two Tanzanian men tried a different route to stave off creditors; they cut off their genitals. In the most recent case, a 24-year-old man who squandered loans from relatives on booze and hookers jettisoned his genitals in a bid for sympathy.
