DUI woman sues horny state trooper

A woman who had sex with a former Virginia state trooper in exchange for his dropping a drunken-driving charge against her is suing him, the state police and the state of Virginia for more than $20 million. The suit claims ex-cop William A. Carter threatened her with jail if she didn't cooperate with his demand for sex.
