Cuba sex trade claim based on phony quote

In a speech earlier this month in which he accused Fidel Castro of promoting sex tourism in Cuba, George W. Bush offered as evidence the cigar-smoking dictator's alleged brag that "Cuba has the cleanest and most educated prostitutes in the world." Turns out Bush's source was a 2001 essay written by a Dartmouth University undergraduate who made up the quote.
