Critics slam teen sex change approval

An Australian court's decision to allow a 13-year-old girl to begin a "sex change" process, has critics calling for government intervention. Leading Australian ethicist Nicholas Tonti-Filippini called the decision "irresponsible" and said medical treatment was being used to treat a mental condition.
