Court papers: Paris directed sex tape

Seattle-based Marvad Corporation is attempting to deflect the lawsuit brought by Rick Salomon for allegedly distributing clips of a video showing him and ex-girlfriend Paris Hilton having sex by challenging Salomon's sole ownership claim. Marvad says the video clearly shows that Hilton herself offered directorial comments and physically controlled and directed the camera.
