Court: Living room window not public

A Supreme Court of Canada ruling Thursday overturned a British Columbia man's 2000 indecency conviction for masturbating by his living room window. The accused man had been reported to police after a neighboring couple, using binoculars and a telescope, watched him for 10 to 15 minutes through a chink in their blinds before calling police.
