Counselor accused of soliciting teen sex video

A counselor at a Tennessee group home for troubled teens who allegedly gave a rented camcorder to a 17-year-old girl and asked her to videotape other girls engaged in sexual activity was indicted on charges of solicitation of a minor. Police say Larry Dicus gave the young girl $30 worth of contraband to tape the other young girls having sex.
