Clear Channel sues over sexed-up Stern shows
The Clear Channel Communications radio company has whacked Howard Stern's distributors with a $3 million federal lawsuit, claiming it breached their contract by providing a sexually charged show that violated federal decency rules. Last month Stern's company and Infinity Broadcasting sued Clear Channel, alleging the broadcast behemoth violated the contract by dropping Stern.
