City bans pornographic text messages

Cebu City in the Philippines ramped up its war against smut by proposing amendments to its anti-porn ordinance that would ban sexy text messages. The proposed law would also ban cubicles in Internet cafés and require billboards to be scrutinized for pornographic or indecent images before installation.
