Chaplain charged with sex acts with boy

A South Carolina man who served as an Army National Guard chaplain has been charged with criminal sexual conduct for allegedly forcing a boy to engage in sex acts. Police say Ronald Ray Gaines, 45, of Townville showed a 14-year-old boy pornographic films, fondled two boys and forced one to engage in other sex acts at his home.
