Cadet charged with taking voyeur photos

A West Point cadet has been accused of taking photographs of eight women in varying stages of undress without their knowledge and posting them on the academy's computer system. The voyeur shots taken by Cadet Mark R. Conliffe were accessible to other members of the West Point community but not to outsiders.
