Boy who groped classmate gets a break

A Florida judge refused to enter a guilty judgment against a 12-year-old boy who was convicted by a jury last April for groping a classmate's breast. Circuit Judge Ric A. Howard said the kid should not have been tried as an adult. He instead put the boy on probation and ordered him to get counseling.
