Boy suspended over S.I. swimsuit issue

A West Virginia sixth-grader who brought a copy of the Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition to school last week began a three-day suspension yesterday. Tim Swarr, superintendent of Belpre schools, said the boy violated the school's non-verbal harassment policy and disrupted the learning process of other students by looking at it during gym class.
