Boy secretly taped sex with teen girl

A 16-year-old New York boy accused of secretly videotaping himself having sex with a 13-year-old girl was charged last week with violating "Stephanie's Law," the state's new law criminalizing the secret videotaping of another person's intimate parts "for another person's entertainment, amusement or profit."
