Boy is suspended in possible sex assault

A seventh-grade boy at a Virginia middle school has been suspended as police investigate allegations made by a 13-year-old female student, who told school officials that he grabbed her breasts and tried to pull her pants down in a music room. "It's at least (aggravated) sexual battery, but it could be more, depending upon interviews and the results of the investigation," said a police spokesman.
