Boy charged with lewd conduct at school

A 13-year-old Florida middle school student has been charged with two counts of lewd or lascivious behavior after he allegedly exposed his genitals at school to two female students in a game of "Truth or Dare."Eighth-grader Paul Robert Jacoby also reportedly took a purse and hair tie from the girls and "placed them on his penis before giving it back."
