Boy charged for giving classmate a hickey

A 13-year-old Texas boy who gave a girl a hickey at school is now facing an assault charge. The kid's mom said she understands her son needed to be punished for giving the hickey but thinks the $283 fine is excessive. "You have kids in Dallas schools having oral sex," she said. "This is a hickey."
