Battle brewing over Mustang Ranch trademark

The Bureau of Land Management has identified Wild Horse Canyon and Spa brothel owner Lance Gilman as the successful bidder for the Mustang Ranch building, trademark and logo. But two other brothel owners expect legal wrangling as they assert they have the right to the trademark for Nevada�s first legal brothel.
