Balaclava clad flasher avoids prison

A balaclava clad man who masturbated as he chased a lone woman while stripped from the waist down was ordered to complete a three-year sex offenders program. Unemployed Adam Gaydon told a British court he had fantasized for 10 years about carrying out such an attack.
