Anesthesiologist arrested in sex case

Police arrested a Florida anesthesiologist on attempted sexual-battery charges Thursday, alleging he drugged a woman with multiple medications and tried to rape her. It's the second time Hussam Armashi has been arrested in connection with allegations of patient abuse. In 2001, he escaped criminal prosecution after four women who said he'd raped them while they were drugged decided to pursue a civil case against him.
