ACLU may challenge Utah Internet porn law
The American Civil Liberties Union of Utah is "seriously considering" a lawsuit against the state's new Internet porn law, which requires websites to rate their content and ISPs to maintain an adult site registry and filter out "harmful" content if requested by consumers. The ACLU says the law "is riddled with constitutional infirmities."
